Owning and operating the Grace Manor Inn Bed And Breakfast is a dream come true for Innkeepers, Dawn & Albert Schick. Dawn is a personal chef who had her own business prepares evening meals for busy families or for families with special dietary needs. Dawn also co-owns and operates Carytown Cupcakes, a local cupcake shop. Albert holds a hotel and restaurant management degree from Michigan State University and has years of hotel and restaurant management experience, seven of which were owning his own restaurant in Virginia’s Northern Neck. The Schicks live on the Richmond property and are excited to share their beautiful home with bed and breakfast guests and look forward to pampering you with southern Virgina hospitality.

During your stay, you will also be greeted by the official mascots of the Grace Manor Inn, Cocoa, Bear, and Teddy Schick. For those of you with allergies, please note that Yorkshire Terriers are considered an allergy-free breed, because of their lack of shedding and dander.
