Public Spaces: There are many public spaces for the guests of the bed and breakfast to enjoy at their leisure, such as a sunroom, and three formal parlors. Each of the parlors is filled with such amenities as original crystal chandeliers, stained glass windows, and ornate plaster ceiling reliefs and moldings. In 1996 Grace Manor was awarded a Certificate for Historic Preservation by the United States Department of Interior and is on the National and State Registers of Historic Places.
