There are only two times a year when you can stuff yourself to the gills with expertly made dolmades, baklava, moussaka and more, and one is coming up tomorrow. The Mini Greek Festival runs from tomorrow (11/11) through Saturday (11/13) from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The event takes place inside Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral. There’ll be dancing on Thursday night, but this festival is smaller than its summer counterpart, which will take place from June 3-6. Think of it as a way to curb your cravings until the main event .
Don’t feel like eating in? You can also get an express take-out meal that includes your choice of an entree served with rice pilaf, spanakopita, tiropita and yahni (green beans). Salads and pastries are also available to go. Whether you eat in or at home, it’s a win-win situation!
