Now through January 10 is your chance to see Richmond’s Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden transformed into a winter wonderland during Dominion Gardenfest of Lights. Stroll through the gardens and check out tons of lighted sculptures that fall under this year’s theme, “Fire & Ice.”
It’s chilly outside, so there are also chances to warm up as well. The Education Building is filled with dollhouses and model trains, the tropical Conservatory has holiday displays, and there’s a fire pit in the Children’s Garden. The event runs nightly from 5 to 10 p.m., with the exception of December 24 and 25. Tickets cost $10 for adults, $9 for seniors and $6 for children.
