One of your best chances to score high-quality handmade gifts for you and all your friends returns this Saturday and Sunday. The Visual Arts Center of Richmond’s 46th Annual Craft + Design Show runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday (11/20) and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday (11/21) at the Science Museum of Virginia. This juried show features artists from across the United States who make distinctive, original creations. You’ll find handmade jewelry, furniture, textiles, sculptures, table ware, blown glass and more. This event really is a must-do for serious shoppers because the quality of the works showcased is always so high. Plan to go and buy a few gifts, along with something special for yourself. Tickets cost $15 for the general public, or $20 for a weekend pass. The Science Museum is only a hop, skip and jump from the Grace Manor Inn, so why not make a weekend of it?
